The agreement constitutes your agreement with Les B Together LLC with respect to your use of the service. You must agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed in this agreement in order to become and remain an authorized user of this service. As used in this agreement, “we” and “us” means Les B Together. |

| To browse this site you verify that you are an adult over the age of 18 years old. As a service our clients must be at least 21 years old. |

| Rules |
| 1. |
You agree that all first meetings will be conducted in a public facility. We reserve the right to formally introduce both parties during the initial meeting. We will also contact you to follow up after the introduction to collect your feedback. |

You agree that you will not distribute any information obtained through this Service without written permission of the person that provided the information to you. |
| 3. |
You will not use this Service to engage in any harassment or offensive behavior. |
| 4. |
You will not use the Service to infringe on any personal property, or any other rights of any person. |

You will not post messages or recordings or use the Service in any way that violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party. |

You will not use the Service to promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds or advertise or solicit for good and services. |

You will not use the Service to distribute or upload any virus, Trojan horses or anything else that would cause harm to the Service, Les B Together systems or other members’ systems in any way. |

| Fees and Payment |
The purchase of a membership is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any unused monthly fees will expire one month from the date you sign up. You can renew your membership in monthly, quarterly or biannual basis. Memberships are not transferable.
You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership with the Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect at that time. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to change the membership fees at any time. Any changes in fees will be posted to the Site.
You agree that the payment of your membership fee is to render Les B Together for matchmaking services. We make no guarantees about the information provided, nor can we guarantee that communication will result in an introduction. Your membership fees are used as remuneration for us providing you with viable individuals in hope of forming a relationship. |

| Privacy and Use of Information |
By issuing the services you have also agreed to our Privacy Statement. You acknowledge that (a) we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information you provide through the internet and your email messages, and release us from any and all liability in connection with use of such information by other parties; (b) we are not responsible for, and cannot control, the use by others of any information which you provide them and you should use caution in selecting the information you provide to others through the Service; and (c) we cannot assume responsibility for the content of messages sent by other users of the Service, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the contents of any communications you may receive from other users. We cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the Service.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. |

| Termination of Access to Service |
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that which may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our discretion, and you may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
